There is going to be a new "Andaz" in Austin, Tx. Haven't seen any mention of this except for an early trade report:


They've been renovating the current one on Town Lake for the past couple of years, as it's just not up to the standards of the newer hotels in town. I still like it---can't be the location ---and I love being able to fall out of bed and be on the walking path in minutes.
