Flying to London this weekend for a biz trip. I have an Oyster card that I usually just top up when I'm over there and it gets low.

Because it's a biz trip I'll need receipts for actual transport. Right now the plan is to take the tube pretty much the entire time (w/ maybe the Heathrow Connect into the city).

Sunday I'm going to stay w/ friends out in the Docklands area (being picked up at Canary Wharf due to some tube work), so zone 1-6 I think.

Monday I'll switch to Marriott Regents Park from Docklands & also head to Soho for some meetings (so still zone 1-6?).

Tues it will be RP (zone 2) to Soho area (zone 1).

Wed RP (zone 2) to Picadilly/Soho (zone 1) & then out to LHR to stay at Ren (so zone 1-6).

I'm not sure how to figure out what the above will cost & top that off on my Oyster, so wondering if I should just buy day travelcards (are they still offered) so I'll have receipts for the transport.

And yes, this small client does want receipts even for the smallest amount of expenditure. Any input appreciated.

And - if anyone's around on the Mon-Wed & wants to meet up for a drink in the Soho area, be great to see some fellow FTers.
