Well, I'm sure you know LHR far better than I, and transit there considerably more frequently. All I can say is that about 6 o6 7 (maybe 8) trips over the past two years, both transiting and not, have yielded 100% good experiences- in terms of lines, time, etc.
Perhaps if I were there as much as some here, I would hit the clunker. Nothing so far.
