Nobody needs to respond to this- I am just posting the resolution of the story in case someone searches and finds this thread helpful at some point in the future.

I got an email today from corporate saying that they were forwarding the message to the property, and they should be back to me within three days. This is largely as predicted, although I found it odd that it would take that long to tell me that they were just forwarding the message. I don't actually expect a response from the property since I don't want anything from them.
