And I am not really a litigious type.
But If it were my Mom and Dad(adding ten years to match the OP's)and this sort of thing happned and the MOD dished out the attitude/nonconcern I would be at the lawyers office post haste.
This is somebody;s elderly parents fer gosh sakes-not some younfg whippersnapper buisness guy.
Free nights would go unnotticed-a law suit would get this jerk fired.
