Thank you for your thoughts .I will start with a letter to the Marriott Customer service office as I would hope the information might help them look at the situation, the staff and their reaction to it. Mom and Roy have returned home and are still shook up about this hotels lack of response.Mom keeps saying "Its San Fran they had a fire The Maids were still working in rooms they could have died..if there was a fire and they ignored it" Cheers Jane
