Just to second the comments about a month in HK being a long time. It's a great city, but it would be a shame to miss out on Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Chiang Mai and the surrounding areas plus Singapore too. Also some great beaches off the coast of Thailand and Malaysia. You might even find that air fares are cheaper to somewhere other than HK.
