But the departure time is near perfect. Allows a full days work before flying out. Yes, the arrival time is late but it's almost a 14 hour flight. You could get plenty of sleep in say the later half of the flight. You'd arrive & check-in to your hotel & sleep for another 4/5 hours & you'd be very well rested, provided your in Premiere or First.
As for the return PVG-SFO flight times, full days work, fly, land, go to bed, work next day. I don't see the problem...
Still, another question, would you try 9W now to BOM & the rest of India?
