Leisure plat here also (95% OOP) for the past 2+ years. Do some occasional cheap mattress runs to requalify, but none lately thanks to double stay promos. Primarily stay on weekend rates at Westins and Sheratons too although I love finding those occasional W, LC or StR bargains that match my travel plans. Have managed to avoid FP for the most part...disliked the only one I've been to so far. Only manage a suite upgrade on a very low percentage of stays nowadays, but some of the few I have received were outstanding.

The only other hotel chain I make an effort to maintain elite status with is Hyatt because they require only 5 stays for Plat and I really like some of their resort properties in Hawaii and their Faster-Free-Nights promo.
