Correct, C is Y->J upgrade inventory, and A is J->F upgrade inventory.
Was hoping to book STL-CDG for this. Does the luxury tax only apply to round trips that begin in France, or would it apply as well to any segment at all departing from CDG?
This I'm not sure about, however, I believe the UK version is a departure tax. Therefore, is collected only for originations ex-UK. Not sure if the French tax works the same way, or applies to inbound flights as well.
