Breakfast Today: Muffin and OJ
Lunch: Clam Chowder, 1/2 rocket and crayfish sandwich, 1/2 coronation chicken sandwich (Pret a Manger)
Impromptu snack: Banana, some kind of meat bun thing, a small cookie like thing
Dinner: Undecided.
Lots of water in between meals.
Not the healthiest of days...
