Him Indoors reports a great improvement in the lounge facility - the Marconi Business Lounge I think that he said. He flew back last night and said that CE was perfectly OK with a Cabin Manager who was fairly attentive. He also said that the meal was Chicken Korma according to the CM and Beef Korma according to him. It looked - as he siad as though someone had vomited on the plate but did not taste bad if you could overcome the look. It had a yellowy-greeny look I gather.

On the way out there was a delightful Purser who did everything without pushing troplleys into the cabin. The meal was Fish which he loved - the alternative was a salad.

The only downside was the pert smarta$$ Miss on the Liquid Police who was keen to check every single handbag in the sizer and who had mouth big enough to match the sizer by all accounts. He tells me that the advent of the Orange Peril has not improved the tone of the place one iota.
