Hello everyone! I have an upcoming trip LHR-SIN-KUL on SQ. I have just had a successful status match to UA Premier Executive level and this is confirmed when I look at my account online. UA say I won't receive my card until I have done 15k on UA metal and even then it can take 4-6 weeks for the card to arrive. According to UA I am currently a *G but I also know that without the actual card it can be difficult to get into the lounge. Does anyone have any experience of this and if so what advice would you give?
