I redeemed the 3 x 500 prior to the new rules & the 3 x 2000 after the new rules & MCR message was that I maxed the limits per account. No more PC points for my MCR account.

Remember seeing that MCR is tracking IP addresses and will pull all points from all account originating from same computer. I don't know for sure but there are others who are better positioned to answer.
