I'm not speculating, nor am I putting words in others' mouths or posts - I am recalling, if admittedly vaguely, what FA members have posted previously. If it's so important to you to find out the specifics, please help yourself to do a search, or to inquire from one of the FA members. I certainly claim no special expertise in this matter.
