YVR is by far the best IMO, at least 90% of the time my bags are off in at least half the time it takes at YOW/YYZ/YUL. The last couple times when coming off INTL flights I have gone right thru immigration and waited less than 2 minutes to collect my bag.

Quite sad that it is faster getting off an INTL flight in YVR (outside of late morning/early afternoon) than it is to get off a domestic flight pretty much anywhere else in Canada, that is assuming you have baggage.
