Total rip off if you ask me. Had my Sky+ box for about 3 years and no problems whatsoever. These guys don't stop calling and use questionable tactics to try and sell you their insurance. This is in my mind no different to that credit card protection scam.

I have had Virgin Media for the past year and ironically just had a call from these muppets a few days ago saying "Our systems are showing your Sky+ box is out warranty and repairs could be costly etc" what utter crap.

Stay clear.


P.S Is it legal for Sky to pass on customers details to a third party?
