If you present all of the relevant facts (number of guests, type of room booked/confirmed; confirmed rate, dates, name of hotel, etc., etc.) then you are likely to obtain considered, helpful advice from experienced travelers.
There has to be some rational reason why the hotel charged you EUR 370 (instead of EUR 220) for the ORIGINAL room.
You have absolutely no basis for any complaint for the charge of EUR 370 for the SECOND room.
