I am in BOM at the moment and I can assure you that there are far more non-American English speakers on this planet than the other way round.
Whether they all speak "Queens" English is another story. And I don't think most of them look up or down to anyone.
Let's take the best of both worlds. At home we enjoy a view of Sydney Harbo
ur from our living room but we are having candy and cookies and not biscuits and lollies for afternoon tea.
But I agree with the OP in the respect that even after years of living in the US I couldn't get used to calling the main course an entrée.
