LAX-LHR-JNB: Concorde Room (airside) at T5 before the JNB (and/or any other lounge airside at T5 if you wish), AND/or the landside Arrivals lounge if you want (and the LAX arrival is a decent amount of time before 2pm when it closes).

CPT-LHR: Landside Arrivals lounge only.

LHR-LAX: CR and/or any other airside lounge.
