Depends on your flight... for now most of the cabins (C/F) look wide open. I would guess your chances are pretty good.

Look at the numbers for the 'C' column; that is the minimum number of business class seats available for sale.

Look at the I column, that is the minimum number of seats with immediately confirmable upgrade using miles or SWUs or other certificates.

If there are several C/I seats available, there is a good chance they'll offer buy-ups for money; but is purely a guess. You are still over a week out and many C seats tend to sell late.
