The W is fantastic
And the cab ride is exactly $10 with tip.
Just had a "guest"come back with me and the staff was totally cool.
This should be the traing ground for all SPG staff-best I have ever experienced
and even though itis not my type of hotel I can appriciate it.The service is some of the most gracious I have experienced-just the oppisite of what I had expected.
