The Hotel St. Andre, mentioned earlier in this thread, offers free parking. As noted, it is very close to the Village, but not really in the same league as the W or Embassy Suites. Personally, when I stay in Montreal, I prefer to save some money (and not collect points) on the hotel and be within walking distance to the Village, so the St. Andre works for me. It may not be for everyone, though.
