had a fun experience with the ICC today -- my mileage upgrade cleared after i checked in, and i had to call web services (1P desk in the US said they saw the upgrade, but couldn't deal with the checked in side of it). i got the ICC for web services, and the agent (1) understood the problem, after some discussion, (2) recognized she couldn't solve it, (3) got a supervisor on her own, (4) put me on hold for a long time to solve the problem, and (5) came back from hold to let me know they were still working on it.
can't ask for more than that, and i'm checked in in F on all legs for tomorrow.. (i suspect i'm checked in twice on the first leg, which could be fun -- i can't get back my original seat, but i'll trade that for F on the second leg...)
