Espen36 beat me to it - but this is what I've done as well. I drive to SFO and leave the car at either the Doubletree SFO Burlingame (or El Rancho Inn in Millbrae) on a park and fly, or Anza Parking (usually using a coupon from their websites.) (Doubletree park and fly rates include 14 days of parking at either end, and are lower weekend nights; the lot is secure, unlike El Rancho, which is now so large they use overflow and have little to offer in securing your car.)

Redeye to JFK, 757 to BGI, and Bob's your uncle. The Hilton is a nice place to stay, but nothing's very cheap. Well, I did overnight at a place recommended (and supposedly booked, but it wasn't!) by a dive shop in a neighboring island, and it was cheap - a D-U-M-P, where we barricaded the door with a chair and had little roach races all night.)
