thanks op and follow-up posts for links. I was able to request Starbucks and Seattle's Best. Dunkin donuts said there were no more samples.

I got the link to request a sample at Starbuck by clicking through to pick out the coffee that best fits my taste preferences (answer 5 questions). The site picked verona but after I clicked on request a sample the only one available was Sumatra.
We'll see how that one tastes since it isn't my ideal match.
