I did the Hyatt stay/pitch at Carmel and it was painless. They also provided a $50 credit for dining and the whole presentation took about 90 minutes. At the end they showed me the prices, I said I wasn't ready to purchase and she gave me her card & told me to give her a call if I wanted to buy.
