Breakfast
Whole wheat english muffin with a little honey mustard, sliced avocado and tomotoe, drizzle a little olive oil and salt & pepper. That has been my breakfast the last 4 mornings. I did add 2 poached eggs to it today....GOOD STUFF!
Snack: Handful Jalepeno smoked almonds and Propel water.
