This is the case onboard, but in the lounge I think they serve it all the time?
When I was in the F lounge at the Pier, there was a little card with some other cocktails available that are not available onboard. These were nice to try. At the Wing they don't have the same card telling you what's available, as there is no open bar there in the F section.
