Does Hilton Respond to Email

After reading another post and based on my own experience, I have to ask, does Hilton respond to their email?

I am a Hilton Gold and stayed at the Hampton Inn in Odessa, TX last week. I got upgraded to the one room suite, which was great. However, the only drapes which fully closed were sheer and I was on the first floor. Worse than people being able to see in my room, there was a bright light from the parking lot shining on my eyes all night long.

When I got back home, I sent an email through the "Contact Us" link while signed in to my account. I did not ask for anything, but said that not having drapes in the room was a design flaw. I like to be able to sleep for my $109 a night. What I expected was a form letter saying, "We're sorry and thanks for your input." What I got was bupkus.

Is it normal for them to not respond to emails?
