Sorry, and I understand your argument, but you're completely wrong. Mileage accrual is based on the airline you fly. You flew LH. The fact that LH has a codeshare agreement with anyone else is irrelevant. I think it's not specified on the website because it should be obvious to anyone.... you earn miles as per the carrier you fly. Those are the rules of Star Alliance.
