It might not hurt to call the Mileage Plan customer service line--they might be able to look it up. Rumor is with the new system they just implemented, they might be able to.

Also, HOW THE HECK DID YOU GET ONE FROM UA?!?! I tried calling them and emailing them several times, and finally I got a detailed email from a manager in the Mileage Plus department who told me that the records are stored in the mainframe for two years and then exported to microfiche and stored in a secure data facility, so there is no way for them to pull up my entire history.

I've been wanting to update my FlightMemory with all of my historical UA flights, but I had basically given up hope--can you let me know who you spoke to or how you obtained this? I'd appreciate it a thousand times over!
