change fees
same day stand by fees
2nd bag fees
overweight bag fee

Yes I am able to expense the fees listed above, however to pay a change fee to fly home on a flight only an hour or two earlier would probably be questioned.

2nd bag or overweight bag fees never come into play for me while business traveling.
