Change fees: Required to fly on fully flexible tickets so no change fees.
Same day change: see above
2nd bag fees: Almost certainly, I haven't had to do it though
overweight bag fee: yes
any other fee: I can't expense anything upgrade related, i.e. E+ buyouts (Thanks UA for letting me know how much you appreciated my 1k Y-fare this week. Only 39 bucks to fly in E+!)
