Looking at the fare list for BOS-HNL , there is no KUP fare . There is a YUP fare . picking a date in June, it came to $1393 for the YUP vs $2602 for F ( both plus $26.70 tax )

On the ORD-DFW run, the KUP still exists ; just using a random date in June, it priced out as $734 plus $10.50 tax on aa.com

They seem to be alive and kicking to me
