Here's what I wrote:
I am writing about incorrect mileage posting to my account XXXXXXX. It seems that only 50% of redeemable miles and 50% preferred qualifying
miles of a recent roundtrip flight were posted. Please note that the
S-fare for the flights listed below was purchased with UA flight numbers
and ticketing via UAL.com and operated by LH.
As such, the miles posted should reflect 100% redeemable miles and 100%
preferred qualifying miles, plus the Silver Preferred bonus miles of 25%
of the total.

I'm at a loss here - if they don't even bother to read (or *gasp* understand) the question, how am I supposed to get an even half-intelligent response? Does anybody have the customer care number handy? Or is it better to send a complaint letter to Doug/Scott/Fernand?
I've just about had it with this sorry excuse of an airline... I won't even go into details on cryptic DMSC "service" I've recently experienced. This is just the last straw for me. Thanks in advance!
