Nah, its going to be those tiny paper salt and pepper tubules that they deployed in C class about two years ago.
And as a special bonus, I hear UA has crates of unused "service awards" from a few years back. These certificates, labeled "
Service in Every Sense," were mailed to passengers so they could be dispersed to UA employees who exceeded their expectations.
I understand that UA is planning to send a cert to their high mileage passengers for helping to keep them flying. They intend to check off the lines that say:
__ I received helpful service beyond my expectations.
__ I felt welcome and appreciated.
__ My needs were met expediently.
(its hard to believe I just dug up several of these out of my carryon)
