I assume these two flights are on a single ticket. If so, you should be able to be rerouted if you miss the connection. I would certainly encourage you to either try to get onto an earlier flight from MCO or to get onto one of the later CO flights to CDG.
Regarding earlier flights from MCO, the 7:30am and 8:30am flights appear to have plenty of room. The 11:25am and 12:20 flights look pretty close to being full. As far as later EWR-CDG flights are concerned, there appears to be room on the CO flights.
