Today I got the 2nd "unexpected" TM (5/21/08 issue) in my excite account. That's about two issues "delivered" in the last 10 months.
TM has been delivered to Gmail address without problems.
I also notice it's from a different address (@flyertalk.internetbrands1.com). Does it mean FTers have to update the address book or whitelist the new TM address? The last issue just came through without me changing anything to my excite setting.
