Yogurt - condensed milk thickened with acid-producing bacteria - sometimes confiscated
Cream cheese - milk and cream thickened with acid-producing bacteria, whey removed - sometimes confiscated
Parmesan cheese - milk thickened with acid producing bacteria and enzymes, whey removed - not confiscated
