Basically looks like they will let you call the elite line to get added to an upgrade list, and then if inventory opens up, automagically deduct the miles and U/G you.


It does seem like this will give them the opportunity to get more miles out of people for moving them to WBC - by having a waiting list, they can pull people from the list for miles instead of op-upping people if Y is oversold.
