I agree with Chrisny2....come anyway. Look at it this way -- all your sightseeing, shopping etc should be a lot more pleasurable and a lot less crowded. Thousands that would normally be doing the same a subway ride away will not do so. In fact, one local newspapers said the stores were much more crowded this past weekend because people are anticipating the strike and will be unable to come into Manhattan.
