I had a rental which I booked on the BMI Website for a 3 week rental back in March.

The miles did not post so I submitted a query. They have now posted but only as 500. The rate I paid was the rate offered on the website. I did not use any other CDP all I did was click through the link to make the reservation.

Have I been done out of 1200 miles? If so, will I ever see them and should I be perstering Hertz or BMI for these additional miles?
