I'm also considering a quick trip from Dubai to Kish, mostly just "because it's there" and I'm interested in seeing what a holiday resort dreamed up by Ayatollah Khomeini looks like. However, the Kish Air website is totally dysfunctional (I can't even get flight schedules out of it), so how can I actually book tickets? Complicating factor: I'm not actually in the UAE at the moment, although if absolutely necessary I could pester a friend to get them on my behalf.

According to the Dubai Airport site, Kish seems to have near-hourly flights (!), while Iran Asseman has a few flights a day and Iran Air has one solitary connection. Hmm...
