It will depend to a degree on the time of day.
In April when I was there in the morning the usual breakfast offerings were there and some I'd not seen before including kippers and porridge.
Unfortunately the kipper was one of those nasty, yellow, boil-in-the-bag offerings and the porridge was thin and watery (I suspect made with either semi-skimmed milk or water or a mix). I'm sure Jennifer Paterson would have had something to say about it if she'd been around - alas she's long since left us all.
The tea was good and the full English looked reasonable.
The booze offerings are pretty comprehensive and there is a bartender if you wish cocktails. Champagne of course, is freely available.
All in all it wasn't horrible but it certainly left me thinking the catering was something of a missed opportunity.
