I read some of the complaints that the Morans had, and some of them sounded pretty legit. Backed up sewage and getting locked on your balcony for three hours? That's more severe than, say, the run of the mill complaints about long lines at the buffets. I'm not saying that Royal doesn't have the right to ban whomever it wants, and I didn't read the CC board, so I don't know exactly what she said, but I agree with Punki, it does seem a bit creepy to have a cruise company come after you for what you wrote on the internet, particularly for complaints that seem legit.
