I had a work booking SYD-(regional NSW)-SYD booked through our contracting agent in Y class. After departure I wanted to change the return flight time to earlier in the day. The QF phone agent said that even in full Y class, there was a sale condition (in our contract) that the issuing agent could only make time changes. This would have incurred a fee.

Needless to say, I checked on availability (plenty), turned up for my desired flight time and was given a boarding pass.
