Okay I have a stupid question. I just got the KVS Plat tool and just cant seem to figure out how to tell if there is upgrade space for domestic/intl travel on UA. I'm use to using seatcounter and I know that this tool is better... I put in my city pairs use the Apollo search causee I want to see all classes available and also X and I inventory but I don't even see zeros for my search. I know I can search for awards under STN, but is that just for mileage awards or for upgrdes too (i assume mileage awards because you need to enter in ANA #).

UA's award and upgrade classes have 2 sets of internal 'nicknames', which often causes a confusion:
UA's
award classes (FS=O AKA R/XF, CS=I AKA O/XC, YS=X AKA N/XY) are shown via the [SNT: Awards/StarAlliance] Method.
UA's
upgrade classes (X/NF, I/NC) are not currently supported by the KVS Tool.
