Same problem for me from a stay on the travelzoo rate last week at this property. Just faxed the folio to SPG and will give them a chance to fix before I ask William for any favours (this was my Plat qualifying stay...)

The property is very nice, the staff, while still settling in, are friendly. The restaurant was certainly a cut above what we were expecting in Reston - having a large number of new and old world wines by the glass was very good. As a gold I was upgraded to an 8th floor room. Everything else is pretty standard Westin but I liked the large outdoor area off the restaurant and this is extremely convenient to Dulles and the airport freeway.
