now you are on to something. We all pay a base fair and then an upcharge depending on how overweight you are. in the worst case you end up having to buy two seats. i can see it now: scales at the check in counter and if you do self service then you would check in while standing on the scale. have to work on some issues like whether or not you should be weighed with you carryons or whether you are allowed to take off your shoes and empty your pockets ( as i do at the drs office ). i am thinking about changing my profile to "exp-no weight up charge".
